  • Technical errors or malfunctions on the platform or your device

  • Unintentional or duplicate submissions

  • Misunderstanding of product/service/TyT$ details

  • Changes in personal circumstances after tipping

We do not provide refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances. Please ensure that you review your tipping carefully before completing a tipping transaction.

By confirming tipping payment, you acknowledge and accept this policy without exception.

  • All subscription purchases are free and welcome.

2. 📧 Email Identity & Link Generation

  • Each TyT$ link must be generated using an email address that is verifiably associated with your legal name to ensure TyT$ tip payouts

  • One email/name combination = One TyT$ link. 

3. 🎁 Purpose of TyT$ Links

TyT$ links are sacred instruments of gratitude. They may only be used for:

  • Tipping senders of information, videos, emails, or any legally shareable content via the internet and also to tip food/restaurant service providers.

  • Celebrating and compensating individuals who share knowledge, creativity, or insight.

TyT$ links must not be used for:

  • Payment for products, commercial services, or non-tipping transactions.

  • Any activity that violates local, national, or international laws.

4. 🚫 Misuse & Enforcement

  • Any misuse of TyT$ links—including attempts to repurpose them for product sales or unauthorized services—may result in link termination and account suspension.

  • ThankyTips.com reserves the right to audit, disable, or permanently revoke access to any link that violates these terms.

5. 🔐 Data & Integrity

  • All user data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not tolerate ambiguity, patchwork fixes, or misuse of our platform. Verified clarity is our standard.
