1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThankyTips.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Finality of Transactions

All tip transactions, subscriptions, and purchases are final and non-refundable—regardless of cause or circumstance. This includes technical issues, user error, or misunderstandings. By confirming a transaction, you accept full responsibility for its accuracy and intent.

3. Platform Usage

ThankyTips is designed to facilitate gratitude-based tipping. Misuse, abuse, or manipulation of the platform, including fraudulent activity or spam behavior, is strictly prohibited and may result in account restriction.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. Any actions taken through your account are your sole responsibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on ThankyTips.com, including branding, icons, and interface elements, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

6. Service Availability

We aim to provide uninterrupted service but do not guarantee availability at all times. We reserve the right to modify or suspend the platform without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

ThankyTips.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from platform use, transaction errors, or service interruptions.

🌐 ThankyTips Terms of Service (TOS)

§1. Purpose and Platform Role

ThankyTips is a civic celebration platform that facilitates public tipping rituals through TyT$ Links. It enables senders to receive tips and distribute gratitude to creators whose content is featured in their links. ThankyTips acts as a payment processor and ritual facilitator, not a content licensor or legal intermediary.

§2. Tip Flow and Platform Cut

All tips processed through TyT$ Links are routed to the ThankyTips PayPal account (tvu4u@hotmail.com). Upon successful capture:

70% is credited to the designated sender
30% is retained by ThankyTips to sustain platform operations, public rituals, and civic clarity

This split is automatic, non-negotiable, and enforced at the point of capture.

§3. Payouts and Eligibility

Senders must maintain a valid PayPal email in their profile to receive payouts. Payouts are processed within 1–3 business days of tip capture. Failed payouts due to invalid or missing information will be retried once, then flagged for sender correction.

Minimum payout threshold: $1.00 USD

§4. Content Rights and Distribution

ThankyTips does not verify, license, or mediate the ownership of content featured in TyT$ Links. All media—videos, files, images, or text—are the sole responsibility of the sender.

§5. Indemnity

Senders agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThankyTips, its affiliates, and its operators from any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from the use, distribution, or monetization of third-party content through their TyT$ Link.

§6. Public Ledger and Transparency

All tips are logged in a public ledger showing:

Sender name
Tip amount
Platform cut
Payout status
Timestamp

This ledger is part of the civic ritual and ensures transparency across all transactions.

§7. 🛡️ Sender Responsibility for Content Distribution

By receiving 70% of any tip processed through their TyT$ Link, the Sender acknowledges and agrees that they assume full and exclusive legal responsibility for compensating any content creators whose work—such as videos, files, or media—is featured, embedded, or distributed via their TyT$ Link.

ThankyTips acts solely as a payment processor and public ritual facilitator. It does not verify, mediate, or enforce content licensing, ownership, or distribution rights.

Senders agree to indemnify and hold harmless ThankyTips and its affiliates from any claims, disputes, or liabilities arising from the use or distribution of third-party content through their TyT$ Link.

§8. Amendments
